Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after processing
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after processing

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium cycling components with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact
  • Proof of purchase required
  • For safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once installed or used:
    • Forks (due to potential stress damage from installation)
    • Handlebars (if any mounting marks are present)
    • Wheelsets showing signs of use

Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request

    • Product details and reason for return
    • Photos if applicable
    • Your preferred resolution (refund/exchange)
  2. Receive Authorization
    Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email:
    • Return authorization number
    • Shipping instructions
    • Prepaid label (for defective items)
  3. Ship Your Return
    Package securely with all original materials and include:
    • Copy of invoice
    • Clear return authorization number

  4. Processing
    We inspect returns within 3 business days and notify you via email about your refund/exchange status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: Typically within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.

Exchange Process

  • Follow standard return process
  • Specify desired replacement in your request
  • We’ll ship new item once return is approved (additional charges may apply for price differences)

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Include all customs documentation
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged components (like cracked forks or bent handlebars):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of damage and packaging
  • We’ll provide prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
