We offer two shipping methods tailored to cyclists’ needs:
- Standard Shipping (10-15 business days): $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx with full tracking and insurance. Ideal when you need parts like Zipp wheels or SRAM components quickly.
- Free Shipping (15-25 business days): Free on orders over $50 via EMS with tracking. Perfect for value-focused cyclists stocking up on items like Deda Elementi handlebars where timing isn’t critical.
How long does order processing take?
Our warehouse team (all cyclists themselves) processes orders in 1-2 business days. This includes picking, packing, and quality-checking your BMX grips or cyclo-cross wheels. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. Our shipping options are optimized for global delivery. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, email us at [email protected] with your address and we’ll confirm availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
